👉 Public Holidays and Sick Days: Paid public holiday leave and paid sick days are counted as workdays.

👉 Unpaid Leave and Weather Interruptions: Any unpaid leave, seasonal delays, or unpaid days due to weather are not counted as part of the specified work period.
